Zack owns the business and does the work himself, ensuring quality work, seamless communication, and efficient decision-making. He presents choices and recommendations but doesn't pressure you to make the choice that will benefit him most financially. I appreciate his candor and ability to explain issues clearly. He's busy, which is probably a testament to his success, so routine maintenance can take a while to schedule but he prioritizes emergencies and urgent situations.
